BENFLEET CRICKET CLUB

The book is a laminated paperback with colour covers (montage of past and present players on back) and Black & White photos throughout. It has chronological chapters on decades from 1948 -69, and then 70's, 80's , 90's and current decade. All teams are given mentions especially outstanding performances. additional chapters on youth, tours, kit/logo devt, stalwarts and characters, captains memories, behind the scenes and changes in club cricket. All records appear in the addenda. The book is not just factual info but loads of anecdotes from many players about their memories and these include many amusing tales.


The launch is May 24th at the club -do come along to see and get a copy for yourself! Any past and present members wanting to order their £12 copy asap please e-mail Dave Nash on the address below.
Books can be bought on 24th or any saturday thereafter , paying either myself or pat tremain.
But PLEASE order in advance if posible.

Senior Outdoor Commence Thursday 24th April from 7.30pm - 8.30pm

We have a special Quiz Night which has been arranged by one of the U-15 parents. Nigel Davies, has arranged a fun packed quiz night, including prizes and a buffet meal. The cost is £5 per person and tickets go on sale behind the bar, via Pat, Deb or Sue. We are restricted to 60 tickets so buy early to avoid disappointment. Date :
